One of the fastest growing on line text link marketplace’s on the Internet TNX. Now serving up to 52,000 members world wide, over 35 millions web pages and they are selling over 25 million links a month! There program lets you sell and buy text link ads in one click. By only adding one line of code to your website. TNX is a fast based link exchange market place growing rapidly allowing you to buy or sell TNX-points to buy links or too sell. The TNX point system makes it much more safer and scam free because you do not have to use money or pay the money directly, all you have to do is buy the points and you can use them how ever you want. Creating a scam free website. TNX does all the work of buying link spots and taking away all of the hassle. You can buy and sell links easily in seconds, thus growing your rankings, hits, and page rank. You can also choose what type of websites you want to be able to buy links from your websites and the best part is that the service is completely free. The speed of the website is light speed, that is my greatest point of websites if a website does not have good speed I most likely will not visit. The service is great and support speed is fast in almost thirty minutes I get a response. The design has a web 2.0 feel on it, and a very clean design, easy navigation. The design makes it easy for new web master and experienced ones learn how to use TNX quick. I learned how to use it almost instantly. TNX is also a great resource on how to make money on line from your website.
Web masters have many options on what they can do to grow there links or make money. Once you get the code and place it on your website. You just have to wait for the site to be approved (which only takes about one hour). You can add as many sites has you want you also have the option to edit or delete them any time you want. The code is only one line and it does not go by W3C rules. Google does pick up these links and it will get you rankings and back links. For the sell TNX-points you can transfer to a current member or request a payout, that means to get money for all your points as said above this makes the site scam free.
The advertisers also have a lot of options they can make ad campaigns, they can view, edit, and delete there current campaigns, view full stats and check there balance. To go more in deph of what all these things do. The Create new campaigns lets you well create you ad campaigns and what this is that you can make a new option for what kind of sites and places you want your links to be put. My campaigns just lets you view your current campaigns edit and delete them as said above. You can view full stats to tell you where your at on TNX and lets you view how many links were brought and sold and which ones are currently in action. In the balance page its pretty self explanatory you see how much you got on TNX you can also buy more points there.
What really makes this site good is the simplicity of it and how easy it makes link exchanging. Not many websites on the internet are like TNX
The Art Of Simplicity

Make a good website layout by keeping it simple.
Many webmasters seem to think that flashiness, complexity, and uniqueness make a good website. They couldn’t be more wrong. The key to designing a good website is simplicity.
The customers want simplicity:
Customers and surfers do NOT surf websites to see webmasters flex their ability at making flashy sites. Customers and surfers search the web to find information, products, & services. These surfers want convenience, speed and quality. They do not want to be bothered with pointless showoffs. Keep the layout simple so the customers can find what they’re looking for. Keep the delivery simple and direct, or else your customers will get it elsewhere.
The search engines want simplicity:
I’ve often seen webmasters who have websites filled with animations, videos, audio, and flash. Perhaps these methods can be used sparingly to increase the quality of the surfers’ experiences, but search engines can’t read movies, audio, and other multimedia. For example, if a webmaster builds a site in only Flash, that site will probably never receive traffic from search engines. You not only will waste your customers’ time with too much showiness, but you’ll lose traffic.
Web Browsers want simplicity:
Another huge downfall to using complex programming, showiness, and multimedia is browser incompatibility. Many customers with older browsers, higher security, or slower connections cannot watch or hear animations, audio, and video. Even out of the customers with compatible browsers, many will not wait for your multimedia to load. As a webmaster, you’re greatest fear should be the browser back button. A slow loading page due to complex flashiness is a great way to cause surfers to click that back button.
Although in moderation a special object such as a complex program, audio file or video may make surfers experience a little better, generally it causes more harm than good. Make your site a little snazzy, but keep most of the site focused on the actual point of your website.

You Can’t Buy Quality Traffic
Posted by Admin
by Scott Hughes
“In over 3 years, I have yet to encounter ONE targeted visitor package that ever worked. There are numerous companies online selling you ‘10,000 Visitors’ for a price. Specifically, where are these visitors from, Neptune? Could they be any more vague? ‘Targeted visitors’ means they might speak or read English. That’s not saying a lot these days. They have not indicated an interest in what you are doing. There is software that enables many of these companies to show ‘hits’ by appearing to show your website over and over.”
-Tiffany Sutton of TheWorkPlaceSucks.com
Anyone even slightly involved in the web promotion industry has heard of these traffic packages - basically, you pay a company X amount of money and they send Y amount of visitors to your site. These packages don’t work, unless your goal is to get ripped off. Web promotion just isn’t something that can effectively be outsourced, because of the unverifiability of the quality of the hits received.
These “traffic-generation” and “promotion-package” businesses don’t specialize in hit quality. These businesses specialize in creating the appearance of promotion and targeted traffic. These companies are professionals at making it look like they’ve sent you loads of targeted traffic on paper, and that’s all. You can’t blame these businesses. They’re interested in making sales for themselves. They don’t care about the success of your business. They don’t care about the success of your website.
You, in contrast, who are interested in the reputation and success of your business can produce quality traffic. With the right methods and effort, you can successfully promote your website or internet business without using black-hat methods or rip-off traffic generators.
Let me shortly outline a few methods:
Networking:
Business networking has been around long before the internet, but the advent of the internet has incalculably multiplied not only the power of networking, but also the ability of small business-people to network. Nowadays, an online business-person can sit-down at home in their pajamas and instantly network with like-minded business-people or clients from the other side of the earth. Networking can lead to great self-promotion, both direct and indirect. For example, a DVD salesman might tell someone in his/her network about a DVD sale on the new X-men movie; then that person may tell his X-Men fan club, which could lead to a large increase in sales of that DVD. Many websites exist to facilitate networking, such as MySpace, Ryze, and DirectMatches.
Article Submission:
Despite its effectiveness, many webmasters and internet business-people don’t know about this method. It’s simple really: just write a short article, around a few hundred words. Insert keywords relating to your business. Add a footer or resource box with a sentence or two of information about you and/or your business with links. Also, in the resource box, write that you give permission for the article to be reprinted so long as the resource box and links stay included and intact. (Look at the bottom of this article for an example.) You can then publish your article, by placing it on your website and/or submitting it to article-directories.
Search Engine Traffic:
Probably the most effective self-generation of web traffic is search engines. If your site is ranked highly on search engines for the relevant keywords, then your customers will find you. Search engines look for content-rich websites with a focused subject. Also, search engines rank websites by the number of websites that link to them, called link popularity. Increasing the rank of your site on search engines is called search engine optimization (or SEO).
Use methods such as these to self-generate traffic and promotion for your website, rather then getting ripped off by offers for “traffic-packages”, “hit-generators”, et cetera.

Great Ways To Add Content To Your Website
Posted by Admin
by Scott Hughes
The success of a webmaster’s internet business depends on traffic as much as anything else. The best way to get lots of people on your site, and to get them to stay, is to have interesting content. Content is to websites as printed words are to books. A wordless book won’t make many sales, and content-lacking website won’t get many visitors.
Specific content is what brings in search engine traffic. Search engines love content-packed websites with a clearly focused subject. Additionally, advertisers want their advertisements placed next to relevant content. For example, the way to get fishing-related advertisers to advertise on your website is to have fishing-related content on your website.
Unfortunately, producing quality content can be rather difficult. Luckily, the following tips should help you pack your website with content:
1. Publish Articles
Publishing articles is a great way to increase the traffic to your site, increase the value of your advertising space, increase your search engine ranking, and please your viewers. Articles don’t need to be long. In fact, the shorter your articles are is probably the better, because internet readers read quickly and don’t like to waste any time. Also, long articles may lose their focus, making it harder for advertisers and search engines to target your subject. The best way to publish articles is either to write them yourself or hire a ghostwriter. Don’t assume writing them yourself is the best option; If you’re either busy or not good at writing it is probably wiser to hire a ghostwriter. Ghostwriters and copywriters usually write articles for around $15 - $30 dollars each.
2. Start a Blog
A blog, short for web log, is a public journal updated daily. With a blog, you can tell your visitors anything they may want to know. You can give them links to other sites or articles. You can give them news about the subject of your site or about your site itself. The great thing about blogs is that they are easy to start, because you will be adding the content bit-by-bit, rather than in huge bulks. Both search engines and surfers love fresh content. A blog not only never gets old, but also it’s always fresh as can be.
3. Start a Forum or Message Board
An online forum or message board is a place where surfers can talk about a particular subject. On a forum or message board members can start the threads themselves, and the other members can respond. The great thing about a forum or message board is that the content writes and publishes itself. Although there is some maintenance involved, a message board or forum is probably the least time-consuming way to add relevant content to your site. Another great thing about a message board is that people viewing it will continuously return to follow discussions in progress.
There are many ways to add content to your website, but generally these three are the best and most prominent. Content is the key to getting and retaining traffic, and traffic is the key to raising website profits.

How to Start a Site
Posted by Admin
Article Submitted by Zingo Planet
Think of a Good Topic
First thing is first. Think of a good idea for your website. The most popular categories are graphics, guides, and sometimes anime or fansites for celebrities. But, let’s say you start a graphics site mainly for that. What kind of audience are you going to attract? Graphics lovers. But don’t you want to go farther than that? I sure do! Try opening up. For example, my site isn’t just guides, graphics, and fun stuff. I include things about Animal Crossing, which is a game very close to my heart. I also include things about Pet Rocks, which I know hardly any sites do. And guess what? I got quite a lot of visitors because of that! The point is to make sure your topic isn’t all one topic. If you love neopets, try a neopets site. But add more! If you see people visiting your neopets site, there is a huge chance that they would also want a lot more than just neopets things. I love animal crossing, but at some point I will stop going to ACWW websites because I am so tired of reading the same thing every time I am there. So, what are you going to do? Add different things and don’t keep it to one topic. Because at some point, you will get tired of it.
Pick a Good Name
One of the first things that I see when I enter I neopets site is that the title is Neo… Stop it! If you have a neopets site, don’t start with Neo. Sure, it helps people know that your site is about Neopets, but come on, can I say, “lacking style and coolness”? But if you don’t want your site to be Neo related at all, try to think of something all of a sudden. I thought of Zingo Planet because I was once thinking of something I could use as a nickname on a site, and I thought of Zero Planet. A few months later, it was transformed into Zingo Planet, and the site was born. So don’t be scared if you can’t think of a site name too soon. Just look around and you will find it! Think, oh look, there is an Ice Cream truck outside. And there is a picture of the London Eye in your room (That really is in my room). So there you go, Ice Eye! And I just made a type while typing this and it turned into Ice Eyez. How about that? So you will never know when to expect a good name idea to come along. Just think and you will get it. So, what have you learned? No Neo. And be original. But don’t forget, if you can’t think of a good name yet, try going Name-less until you do think of something. But don’t go name-less for too long unless you want to scare your visitors away! Note: Once you think of a name, always check with Google to make sure no other site has that name already. You can get into a lot of trouble if there is one. So be on the lookout.
Find a Website Host
Now, thought of a topic, have a name, but wait, no website host? Well, if you want to find a reliable host for free, search Google for “Free Website Hosts”. I am sure you will come upon a few sites that give you top ten hosts or something like that. If you are a lazy bone, and don’t feel like Googling, I suggest trying out Freewebs, Bravenet, or my new favorite, Awardspace. I would suggest having an account on all of them, because it can help you in many ways. I use Freewebs as my old host and I keep my Moving sign there. I also use it for the Staff Forums, guestbook, and a few other things. Next, I use Bravenet for a lot of things. Take for example, the forms. Also, there is the Guestmap. That’s why Bravenet is my #1 host for tools and widgets. And then, there is the greatest host ever, well, almost, Awardspace. This host doesn’t have many tools, but what other things you can do with it are endless. It supports PHP, HTML, CSS, and sooo man more! Who doesn’t like that? Plus, it has a lot of Bandwidth space and website space. I suggest it if you have possibly made a site before and you know HTML. Oh, and did I forget to mention there are no templates you can use? Yeah, that is a huge up-side. That way, whichever Awardspace site you visit, you are guaranteed an HTML site, which is just what I look for. Those are my favorite hosts, but don’t forget to search for more. Don’t be a lazy bone.
Set Up Your Site Look
If you chose to be smart and learn HTML, then you need a layout. You can find pre-made layouts from Lissaexplains.com, but the good thing about them is that they don’t give you your style, only your actual layout. So that way you can choose to make it look however you want, without feeling bad that it is a premade. Oh, sorry, I forgot to explain those. Premade layouts are those that you get from sites and they already come with pictures and everything. A little tip: Stay away from those. They are just wastes of your time. Go for a unique look and make your own. If this is only your first or second site, sure, go with one until you can learn to make your own. But other than that, stay away! Do you here me? STAY AWAY. If you make one, and don’t want to go with a huge picture in the middle of it, always make sure you are going with a color theme. If you are going rainbow and colorful, like I am, don’t add black, unless it is a little bit of text. If you are going dark, don’t add too many bright colors, unless your style is that neon kind of style, like my site’s used to be. Just remember those tips.
Time for Content
OK, you got all of that down. Now what? The moment you have all been waiting for, time to add content. Add whatever matches your theme, and more. Guides, graphics, pet rocks, anime, drawings, fonts, and much much more! Remember never to steal anything, unless you are using pictures of a celeb from Google. But even with those, be careful. Don’t add to many flashy things like music and animation everywhere. Oh, and stay away from too many pre-mades, like somebody’s site I know of. Just don’t do it.
Connect with Others
After a few weeks or even months of your site, you should be ready to connect with other people. One way to do this is by adding affiliates. Go explore some sites and do my favorite thing, do the Affiliate hunt. Go to one site, and it will probably have a lot of affiliates. Click on one, then one of theirs and continue until you end up visiting and affiliating with a ton of sites. But don’t just affiliate for the sake of it. Make sure you check out the site, follow the rules, and not just say “nice site, wanna affiliate”. That is just sickening, hearing that the person basically didn’t even visit or explore the site. Do these steps: Explore the site. Read a little of what is there. Find the guestbook. Comment nicely, saying what you liked. And finally ask to affiliate. Those are the steps. Now, another way to connect is to add staff members. This is so you can get more friends and have fun. It will also make it easier to work on your site.
Blog StartUp: Choosing a Domain
Posted by Admin
This weekend I will be creating a new blog! Its another topic that I like to talk about and all next week I will be talking about how I started my new blog and how I get traffic flowing right away to the blog. So this mini series will be called Blog StartUp and today is all about domain choosing. Choosing a good domain name for your business website can be very hard but it is also essential to get it right, after all you want it to work for you.
With the meteoric rise of Internet use in the past 5 years, the importance of a good domain name has also increased. Domain names have become an essential component in the marketing arsenal of every business, and as such deserve more than just a passing consideration.
Why is a domain name so important? For one thing, a domain name can help you to get traffic to your website. If you don’t get traffic, you might as well not even have a website. There’s no doubt about it, if you want to make money, you need traffic.
But this process can be easily simplified by using this very unique tool on the internet called Bust a Name. What is bust a name all about?
The Service
Bust a Name is a tool to help you find domains and manage them. We have combined linguistic data with a unique interface to let you quickly search through thousands of domains and see which are available.
Why?
The project came about due to a clear need for a better way to find domains. Having launched many other web services, the hardest part was coming up with a domain name that wasn’t taken but could easily be memorized. We also realized that domain management was pretty difficult too. Bust a Name was created to try to fix both of these problems and help you manage web site related things easier.
How?
We are firm believers in using the right tool for the job. A good chunk of Bust a Name is written in front end javascript. The back-end is mostly rails, running with mysql and lighttpd for our web server.
This service is very clever because it will search domains for you by means of keywords. Let’s say you have a niche about gardening. All you have to do is enter a couple keywords about gardening and it will generate the possibilities of a domain base on your keywords! It is very simple. To gather more domains it will even add the additional ’s’ after your keywords and do its search. Optional.
The point here is that your domain name should be descriptive of your business. After all, if you were looking for a new dentist, would you be likely to visit “thehistoryofdestistry.com” or “localareadentists.com”? While both are somewhat in the same niche, you really do not want to learn about the history of dentistry but you want to find a dentist in your local area.It is important that the name you give to your website will have the possibility of being found by somebody searching for an answer to their problem on the internet. If your dentist gave you a bad experience you may want to have a review website: localdentistreviews.com or dentalreviews.com.
This brings back to bust a name, choosing the right keyword for the system to generate your perfect domain. Keywords are very important especially for search engines. It identifies your site as being relevant to their inquiry, and it also helps search engine bots determine the relevance of your site. I use the Overture tool to decide what was the most popular search word was, but I was unable to retrieve a good dot com with the popular keywords. But in the end I received a good dot com (will announce the new blog next week).
Keywords are not enough, however. Simply stringing keywords together creates a very weak domain name. It tends to be cumbersome, and poorly remembered. Try to thing of a way to convey some value or description of your site, in as few words as possible. If you can create a short phrase, perhaps three words, including your keyword, then it will sound both memorable and natural.
I had fun with the Bust a Name website and it gave me a great domain name which I was surprise it was available. I registered the domain and this weekend I will be working on the new concept of my new blog.

FaceBook Advances: Importance of your Feeds and Status
Posted by Admin
Within Facebook there is something called a news feed, mini feed and status. These 3 things are really helpful since it provides free exposure to all your friends within your networks. Each one provides a good feed back of what all your friends are doing as well; what website your friends viewed (widget required), who they became friends with, what their status is, etc. These 3 things prove to be very helpful for exposure. Since Facebook tracks all of your activities - your whole network knows. It is like a form of gossip, which is why I think Facebook is very popular. Ian visit this website, Ian is friends with …, Ian is in a relationship with…, etc. This form of communication is pretty viral, it is digital gossip. As we know, traditionally, gossip is bad. With Facebook I think its great!
The best form of advertising is by word of mouth - so Facebook fixes this problem by simply just gossiping about you to all your friends. If your friends are interested with the specific gossip Facebook provided to them they will tend to try to see what you did. With that said let us talk about the 3 gossip attributes Facebook implements.
Dissecting the News Feed
The News feed is your access to what everyone is doing. Who became friends with who, who changed their profile picture, who updated their blog, etc. The news feed is great because you can see what others are doing. Take a look at the screen shot below.
If your name appears in this screen shot and offended by it in any way please let me know as I will adjust it for privacy reason if necessary.
This is your main window once you have logged on. From this screen shot I can see that one of my marketing friends “Jim Kukral” recently became friends with Jeffery Eisenberg. Usually I will most likely view their profile because to my mind I assume Jim is making friends with other marketers and I want to see if so what they offer as an internet marketer. This specific is my own window - giving me a bird’s eye view of what my network is up too.
Dissecting the Mini Feed
The mini feed is a public view of what Ian (or yourself) is doing. This is great because it tells you your activity to the public and all your friends in your networks. Screen shot below:
If your name appears in this screen shot and offended by it in any way please let me know as I will adjust it for privacy reason if necessary.
This mini feed tells everyone your details, what you just did, who you recently became friends with, what recent post you have done, etc.
From this screenshot you can see that I recently imported a note (it is automated by the way via RSS import). This shows to everyone that I posted a new post on my blog and if clicked they are directed to my blog, free traffic. So anyone that views your profile will see your activity, with social communities becoming so popular its all about what the other person is doing.
Another activity I did recently is I joined several groups and tested and removed some plugins. This becomes interesting to other marketers that are within my network, they will either join or see what it is all about before taking any action.
This mini feed also is broadcasted to everyone’s news feed, so when a user logs on they see their news feed on what everyone of their friends have recently done. If you show up on their news feed and its something that catches their attention, then you gained an extra source of traffic.
I tend to be interactive within Facebook, view groups, comments marketers blog, import posts from my blog, enter something new in the marketplace, etc. Staying active shows and provides you more exposure to your peers and friends.
Dissecting your Status
I like this a lot because I can say whatever I want and everyone see it within their news feed. When I watch “The Next Internet Millionaire” I change my status to “Ian is watching The Next Internet Millionaire at affiliate link here.” This link is in text and does not turn into a hyper link, but if one of your friends are curios they will copy and paste the link and check it out.
Your status can be about anything, Ian is updating his blog, Ian is bored, Ian is creating a video about himself, Ian is ….. It can be whatever you want. This is a great tool to create your brand. Using it to optimize who you are can really create a great group of friends. Ian is creating a marketing product for wordpress. This tells everyone that I am busy and working on a project, this as well creates curiosity. What is Ian making, what kind of plugin is it? etc.
For now my status is cleared, I had an old status saying “Ian is piss at Google” - one of my marketing friends actually wanted to know what happened. That is another post to be talked about.
Conclusion
Using all these feeds and updating your status gives you great exposure to your network. If you create that curiosity you will get clicks to your blog or site and your profile will be viewed more and more. Just make sure you interact and interact within the Facebook community.

ULMB Free Hosting Review

Ulmb has to have one of the best looking Control Panels on the Internet. There sleek, simple, and good on the eyes design just made me want to stay on the host and pay for there upgrades no matter how expensive it is. It has everything you need to make a good website, well a regular html website for new web masters. The c panel includes Emails, file manger, Upgrades, databases, website stats, user accounts ( so your staff can log on and edit specific websites or folders), back ups, and ftp. My most favorite feature has to be that you can host 15 websites on one account which is great if you have alot of small websites. I have 7 tutorial websites on there which is real good, easy to edit, and cheap = ).
The free hosting is great 5gb Disc Space and 500gb Bandwidth has to be one of the greatest plans ever. All the things they have is one pop up per I.P. it has only happened to me once on ever site I visited on ulmb and it never happens again. I am not sure about one pop up per IP but it only happened to me once. They also offer 3 Mysql databases, 50 POP Mailboxes, mail forwarders, and filters! Now which free hosting can beat that. With tremendous website speed its a no brainier that this is the free host of your dreams, and if you do not like that there is still a lot of upgrades you can do.
The support is also great there support forum answers your question in less than 2 hours. The forum also has a couple of members who can answer your question for the admin so its almost impossible not to get your question answered. Even though the owner never really gets me = ( I have already been banned for numerous amounts of nonsense. But hes still a great admin and a cool guy. The forum is active and a lot of good members, the ones that will not get you annoyed.
The uptime is umm so so well it has gotten a lot better now since it was a DDOS attack that the server was getting. Now my website speed is great! Heres what ULMB says about there server:
UnlimitedMB uses high quality powerful servers with huge capacity.
Our servers are located in one of the largest data centers in Texas.
We are connected to the internet backbone via fast dedicated 100mbps ports which ensures your site loads without delay!
A 100mbps connection is equivalent to downloading a file at 12 megabytes per second.
On average we currently only utilize about 4mbps of this connection, so the room for expansion is enormous. All our servers have the following specifications:
Intel Dual 2.8 Xeon Processors
4GB DDR 333 ECC REG (4 x 1024MB)
(4)160 GB 10K RPM Hard Drives RAID10We constantly upgrade our server hardware and software.
We install all latest php/apache/mysql/operating system upgrades, this ensures our servers are always ready to server your site in a way which is safe, secure and fast. Our servers are monitored 24 hours a day at 30 second intervals which checks uptime of all services and performance. If a problem is found, the monitoring software will notify us immediately and adjust configurations and restart any needed services automatically. This prevents many potential issues ever from developing into more serious problems, resulting in a smooth and un-interrupted surfing experience.
That is pretty impressive. Well you heard it from me this site is a great free host, and paid host I think its worth a try for any type of website.
Best Regards
Henry Jorge
